I don't recommend renting this house. Alice, the owner of the house, is very irresponsible... There were many problems: 1. When we checked in for 2 days, we had no contact with the outside world. There is no mobile phone service in this area. When trying to connect to the network over WI-FI, the system determined the password that the amphitrion told us to be incorrect. We got in touch with Alice's owner on the internal phone and she promised to send a representative to solve this problem, and then she just stopped answering the phone and our messages. 2. The toilet room in the main bedroom was closed from the inside. Thanks to the efforts and resourcefulness of one of the members of our team, it was still able to cover it without damaging constipation. And here's the surprise, the bathroom turned out to be. not cleaned with a dirty toilet, with the remains of stained toilet paper in the container and on the floor. 3. There was no lighting in one of the bedrooms. And at night, you had to use a flashlight on your phone. 4. Dirty untidy outdoor terraces, it seems that there has not been cleaned for the past six months. It was almost impossible to be there. In general, the impression of living in this house remained extremely negative.

Cleanliness issues and unexpected extra charges. We would like booking.com to provide us contact mail id wherein we can communicate on these issues. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding my recent booking at an Airbnb in Yosemite (Reservation Number: 4665556302). When we booked this property, the listing clearly stated that the booking price was inclusive of taxes, gas charges, and a cleaning fee. Specifically, the booking page mentioned a 13.7% tax, a 20% gas fee, and a $195 cleaning fee, all of which were included in the final booking price. However, upon reviewing my credit card statement (and lateron looking at booking confirmation) I noticed that the amount charged was the final booking price displayed on the website plus these additional fees, resulting in an overcharge of approximately $800. I have a screenshot of the booking page that clearly shows the inclusive pricing model that still persists, which I can share when facilitated. In addition to the above, the cleanliness/state of facilities at the property was also far below acceptable standards. Upon arrival, we encountered several issues: - Stained toilets - Crumpled bedsheets - A large bug on the chair. - The BBQ grill was not clean enough to use. - Towels had hair on them. - The bathtub was dirty and had hair in it. It also had poor drainage resulting in water logging during shower. - The fireplace in one of the rooms was non-functional. - The property was without electricity on the second night for five hours. We had to spend unaccounted for time and effort to clean and resolve these issues ourselves, which adversely affected our plans/experience of our holiday. I have attached images & videos documenting these issues. These conditions are entirely unacceptable and contrary to the standards promised on your platform.

the cabin was fully equiped with all the required appliances and necessities, making the stay very pleasant.

The location was great and within a 30min drive to the main entrance. The house itself is huge with two living areas and plenty of space to house the eight of us. Upon arrival, the host also left out some hot chocolate, popcorn and tea for us which was a great touch! The property was clean and the driveway had enough space to hold three cars. The host was quick to respond with questions and having the key code meant easy access when we arrived late in the evening.
