“Great stay will definitely be back”

The location was great, close to everything we wanted to see and do but set back and quiet. The beds were really comfy and the whole apartment was very clean. The view from the balcony was great too.

The location is brilliant! It’s just a short walk to everything. If you’re here on a Sunday, be prepared to enjoy the Minster bells frequently through the day. We loved the sound of the bells. The apartment is spread over two floors- bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs, and the living-dining area is upstairs., so it’s quite spacious. The master bedroom has a proper king sized bed. Lots of hot water, good strong wifi and very clean. Great place for a short stay.

“Lovely location & view”

The accommodation was immaculately clean. The location was superb for exploring central York & in easy walking distance from the train station. We enjoyed being able to sit outside on the balconies. The view of the minster was great. The building has a handy lift. The staff were polite & helpful on the phone , & quick to respond in person when a problem arose with the ensuite. The kitchen was well equipped.

Location is superb within walking distance of everything. Parking space almost directly behind massive bonus in York. Everything you might need is provided. Electronic entry so no keys to worry about. 2 balconies another bonus.

Within easy walking distance to York & there was a parking space for us. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms modern. Kitchen facilities were adequate as we were eating out. Communication with letting agent was good and accurate.

It was perfect. Bedrooms were good sized, beds super comfy. The master suite had an ensuite and balcony with a view of the minster, lovely to wake up to! The waterfall shower was lovely, perfect in this cold weather! The open-plan lounge/diner/kitchen upstairs was just lovely. Perfectly equipped with all kitchen necessities, smart tv so you can log in to Netflix etc… a dishwasher and another minster view balcony The location was also incredible. Central but you would never know as calm and quiet, Sainsbury’s local 2 minutes away. Less than 5 minute walk to the minster, maximum 5-10 minute walk to the shambles/christmas market As a last added bonus - a free parking space!

The location of the property was excellent, couldn’t really have picked a better location to stay; only a couple of minutes walk and you are directly in the centre walls of York. Nice to sit on the balcony in the evening. The parking space provided was great, we have a large 4x4 and parking close to the wall enabled me to get in and out no problem.
