Location was fantastic, on site parking was a bonus,spacious, clean,facilities were good.

Being on 3 floors meant that it was very quiet, especially for myself, as my grandchildren were on a different floor! It was very comfortable and very centrally located.

Lovely, clean, and spacious house in a great location. The bedrooms were large, the beds were comfy, and each room was cleaned to a high standard. The location was perfect, less than 10 minutes from the centre. Would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful property. I have stayed in 4 star hotels all over the U.K. and this property rates just as highly. It is delightfully decorated and beautifully clean. My wife said within 10 minutes of arriving that we will stay again, and she is very fussy. While the three levels are difficult for my wife due to mobility issues it did not stop her getting up and down because shd loved the property so much, even though at a slow pace. In short we loved the property and as regular visitors to York we will book again and have recommended it to friends and family, as long as they do not book when we want to go. Thank you for a great stay.

Incredibly beautiful and well presented property. Literally 2 minute walk to the Cathedral. Close to heaps of places to eat, pubs, a Tesco express, the Shambles etc. Had everything you’d need for your stay. Heaps of towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the black out curtains were an absolute dream! Coffee/tea/biscuits supplied. Big Bottle of water in the fridge provided also - great touches. Had washing powder, dishwashing tablets, literally - they’ve thought of everyhing! We absolutely fell in love with York, and this property!! The owners have absolutely nailed it to make anyone’s stay pleasant and comfortable! We will definitely be recommending it to all of our friends and family, and would definitely stay here again! Absolutely brilliant! Thank you for your hospitality and beautiful house!

The location was perfect. Not too noisy but near to the centre. The Apartment was beautifully furnished to a high standard and the decor was extremely tastefully done. Every where was very clean and tidy.
