Perfect very central lovely apartment

“Fantastic apartment, very close to the city centre with amazing views”

Location is superb, stunning views and a very comfortable apartment. 2nd floor so river watching was hypnotic. There is a direct lift from the car park to the apartment floor. Would definitely stay here again. The car park is tight, we had a Mazda Cx5 and parked ok, but lots of other spaces empty so we had room to swing etc

There’s always something to notice from the windows, from early morning rowers, to river boaters, geese, dog walkers, even a few bats at night. The location is excellent, everything we wanted was in easy reach, and the lift made things easy with a wheelchair. The friendly welcome by the key bearers - and the tea, milk, and wine - after our long train journey, was greatly appreciated.

Location and amazing views over the river great

Situated looking over the River, the flat was contemporary, comfortable, and well appointed. Virtually in the centre of town but very quiet. We were there in December when flooding was likely but our flat was high enough to miss any floods. With wrap around balconies, this was a lovely place to stay.

The location of the apartment was excellent. Everything was within easy walking distance and the views were tremendous. We really enjoyed relaxing, watching the boats go by.

The location and views are excellent Stays staff were good to deal with.

The views and location are perfect. The apartment is clean and includes a small deck with outdoor table. Being on the end of the building, there are additional views downstream to the Skeldergate Bridge. Secure carparking with lift directly to the apartment floor is a great feature.

The location was perfect ,just a short walk into the town centre ,but peaceful and quiet ,with the most amazing views along the river from the lounge and balcony. The kitchen was well equipped, though we mostly ate out at one of the many restaurants on offer in York. We were very pleased with the welcome pack .The flat was very clean and had everything we needed. The building seemed well managed and had a lift .We would definitely return .
