Clean, spacious, lovely finishing touches with everything, excellent quality of linen, bedding and towels. Accessories were great also like the toiletries. Fab heating system, great showers.

“An excellent family friendly house close to York centre”
The accommodation is spacious, clean and great for families. We had everything wanted and more from this property - the older kids loved the games room! The owners communication before and during our stay was brilliant. We cannot fault the place. Excellent location just 15min walk to centre of York.

“Stylish, comfortable house in quiet residential area, with good bus service into town. Would definitely book again!”
The property was clean and stylish. Comfortable beds and linen. Great pillows! Great shower! Great for two families of five to spend time together. Location wasn’t too bad for getting in to town and the local bus service was good. The electronic keypad entry was really handy. We celebrated Christmas (in October!) with friends and it was the perfect house for us.

Fantastic Location, easy 10 min walk into the City. lovely house , ideal for us as 2 family's meeting up for a short break. Parking on the drive is tight, but fine for a VW Transporter Van. Parking on the road outside easy with a digital permit from the host. Asda Just round the corner for a food shop.

“An amazing place to stay!”
The house was perfect. It was clean, modern and a brilliant size for all of the guests. When I have looked for house which fit 10 people they have felt like a hostel with bunk beds however this house felt like a home away from home! We all loved it!

The property was very clean, modern and spacious. Had a little issue with the parking but the hosts were accommodating and sorted the issue quite quickly. The property was only a 20 minute walk from the city centre which was fab.
