It was nice to meet Tim the owner, who showed us around the apartment and explained the parking etc to us. The apartment is very glamorous and felt so comfortable and stylish. Little touches like a pint of milk, orange juice and water in the fridge, tea and coffee and jars of sweets. The design of the apartment was very well designed and in an excellent location. Would definitely return.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful, very clean, comfortable and close to everything, little home from home. The host Tim met us on arrival and showed us where to park our car, right next to the apartment, secure and safe. Tim was very helpful and sent us good places to eat. In all a great few days.

We would recommend this unique Amazing flat to everyone. The standards was 5* as soon as you walked up the long landing to the front door it has the wow factor. Beautifully furnished with everything you need in the kitchen area, cosy king bed, great shower and lovely view out from the lounge window to the river (ducks came to visit). Very near to York shops and theatres. Tim the host was also amazing who met us and showed us around the flat and where to park the car. A really friendly,knowledgeable man. We had the Best time and will definitely return.

Beautifully presented apartment, with lots of thoughtful, welcoming touches. Close to the city centre, and the wall walk, as well as supermarkets. We loved the well equipped kitchen, and overlooking the water, ducks, geese and swans.

We stayed 1 night so we could visit the Christmas Market. The owner met us on arrival and showed us around the beautifully presented apartment. The apartment was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a night away. (We both slept like a log due to the comfortable bed and quiet surroundings). The apartment was ideally located for the city centre and the Christmas Market. The secure free parking was a bonus. A definite 10 out of 10. We will be back.
