I do not know how well-located the hotel is compared to other hotel but you have to walk about 10 to 15 min to reach the center of the city. The breakfast is quite good.

As ever, an exemplary stay at Clementines. To dole out the expression 'you know what you're getting' might infer negative connotations, but nothing could be further from the truth. Clementines is astounding, from it's aesthetic, to the rooms, the staff, the facilities, the location, the charm and the vibe (I do hate that word). Everything pre-planned for the room was delivered aplomb, much to my relief and my partner's delight. Breakfast was awesome (absolutely unbelievable sausages!), a bed I could literally have lived in, utter peace come bedtime. Oh stop it, Clementines!

Loved the unique and quirky decor throughout the hotel. Staff were all lovely and very welcoming. Location was about a 10 min walk from York centre, found some nice little shops and cafes along the way. Would definately stay again.

Hotel was very boujoire beautiful decor not to far from town & staff were all very friendly plus the hotel cat was a added touch

We stayed one night in a small queen room. Obviously very compact but it contained everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, the generous hot drinks supply and lovely toiletries were appreciated.We had a very pleasant stay. Can't comment on the breakfast option, as we didn't eat there. We would definitely stay again but for longer stays, we would go for a larger room option .

The staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. We loved the decor, the comfy beds and the spa bath. Breakfast was great, and also the gardens were beautiful. It is very close to everything and in a great neighbourhood, which felt very safe. Overall we loved it, and would definitely stay again.

Great location near York centre walking distance to York Minster, York Art Gallery and Shambles. Rooms full of charm and comfortable.
