Only 10 minutes walk from the Minster. The property was well appointed, including a fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and off road parking.

“Super host and super house”
Julie gave us such a great welcome, meet us on arrival to show us around and how appliances worked. Beautiful house with super linens and towels. Very clean with a kitchen stocked with lovely glasses, crockery and utensils. The gifts left for us on our arrival were a thoughtful touch. You can request to leave your cars on the drive before check in time which was so convenient as the house is close to the Minster side of York. I really liked the courtyard area.

“Comfortable and well equipped accommodation, close to city attractions”
Quiet location about 15 mins walk from the main city. Great facilities including everything you need for home cooking. Wine and chocolates on arrival was very thoughtful and the host was great.

The property ticked all our boxes for our trip to York. The location was perfect for walking to many of our favourite activities. Julie was a fantastic host, showed us around the property which was clean & warm. The bottle if wine and box of chocolates was a lovely gesture and a lovely touch.

Lots of space. Whole place was beautiful and clean. So well thought out, gas everything you need, even hairdryer and straighteners if you forget yours. Kitchen so well stocked. Lovely to find milk, wine and chocolates. House was so clean and modern. I would definitely stay here again.

Well fitted bright apartment with an interesting layout with lots of spaces to retreat to for some peace. Location was great with lots of takeaways, a park for the kids and able to walk to the centre. Brilliant welcoming host who gave us a walkthrough of the apartment. The milk in the fridge and the welcome treats was a nice touch.
