“Home from home! Great value and right on top of the city centre.”
Location was excellent. Basics of tea, coffee, sugar and milk on arrival was a lovely surprise. Apartment had two bathrooms with additional toilets. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had ample accessories, a real home from home. The addition of fans at the property was received with lots of gratitude as the weather was extremely hot during our stay. The courtyard served a great purpose as there was ample seating that enabled us to sit and enjoy an evening meal with a glass of wine, while watching the sun go down.

Never asked for breakfast...location excellent only down side no windows to open felt a bit claustrophobic although there was air-conditioning only a two night stay so did the job.Have to thank employe how arranged for two jackets we left behind to b posted back to great communication from start to finish 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

“It seems like the negatives outweighed the positives of our stay, but we would most certainly return again. The above”
Very convenient to York Centre and a good rate for parking the car(s). En-suites to two of the bathrooms upstairs with two bedrooms and a family bathroom on the ground floor. Loved the little touches of basics, coffee, tea etc and also cleaning materials too. Although we were given directions, must admit we did get a bit lost. However, so pleased we did as we noticed a beautiful walk to take the three year old in our party. The Foss Way Fairy Trail was just enchanting and all of us enjoyed it. Just cross over the road as you head out of the car park, go straight ahead after turning right for a couple of minutes. You pass a private hospital on the way down and it’s just over the roundabout in front of you.
