The property was nice staff friendly nice apartment for a couple or small family, we were in a small apartment type room had a sofa tv had Netflix so could selection of films. Had a small kitchen with most of what you would need if you wanted to cook something yourself or just do a pizza or microwave meals. Shower was good clean beds comfortable. I personally would go again if in that area so would recommend staying there.

It was very cosy. The lady who greeted us was lovely and I enjoyed the decor downstairs.

Easy access to York by bus and car. Good value for money. Cozy cottage in a quiet location.

Location of the cottage and a lot of space. A whole cottage was available for us. Live fire to heat the living room.

A very warm welcome from the host. The place is gorgeous! Very nicely decorated, well kept, unique and cosy. Very quiet and comfortable. Perfect for reading, relaxing, and getting a great night's sleep. Great value.

Although our room was facing the road it was very quiet at night, the towels and sheets were clean and there was plenty of tea and coffee provided.

Wonderful setting,perfect for our visit to York and the shambles. Wonderful host who booked the local pub for us as we arrived for tea time! A nice touch. 👌 Netflix was a bonus also. The lady also kept the log burner going when we went out for the day which was kind. Soft clean beds Comfy sofas. A real special find :)

Nothing at all we stayed out of the room in the local pub of which is amazing looking forward to when they have rooms .
