Comfortable, quiet place to stay. Very convenient to reach to York centre and the railway station, especially if you use the Skeldergate entrance instead of the Fetter Lane one. The breakfast supplies are a nice touch. The coffee is great!

1. The location of this apartment is quite good. All the attractions are within walking distance. York isn’t a big city. There’s a supermarket about a five-minute walk away, and Chinese restaurants and Chinese supermarkets within seven to eight minutes' distance, so it’s very convenient for shopping. 2. The host Katy told us to call her after we arrived at York Train Station, and she waited for us on the street outside the apartment building. That was really helpful. Without her guiding, the apartment would have been quite hard to find. We needed to swipe a card to enter a residential gate, walk through a car park, go into a building entrance, and take the elevator up to the second floor. 3. It’s a two-bedroom apartment with one-living-room. Overall it’s clean, but the decoration and furniture make it look a bit old. The lighting in the rooms isn’t very bright either, so we felt a bit disappointed when we arrived in the evening. 4. The kitchen is connected to the living room. The living room TV supports screen mirroring, and the kids cast the Spring Festival Gala from their iPad onto the TV. The kitchen is well-equipped, so we could cook meals. 5. There is a washing machine with a drying function, but the scent of the laundry detergent pods was really strange and not very pleasant.

Brilliant location and so quiet. The flat was well stocked with items to make it feel home from home. The kitchen was well kitted out. The flat is very spacious which was appreciated with 2 young children. Katy was responsive and on hand

This is a great apartment for a city break in York. Central location. Parking on site (for a supplement but cheaper than parking in main car parks). It was great to check in from 1pm. We were met by Katy who was so helpful and showed us where everything was. Great facilities. Everything provided including cooking oil and salt and pepper and nice choice of teas. Coffee machine (Nespresso) also available. They provided a continental breakfast for the first day. Apartment is spacious with lovely bathroom (toiletries provided). Great, calming decor. There is a lift. We enjoyed fish and chips from Micklegate fisheries nearby and there is a Sainsbury's local on the corner of the street. Lots of restaurants etc on the doorstep. 10 mins walk from the station. Can't praise it highly enough. Would definitely stay again.

The accommodation was delightful, Katy was very friendly and helped us into the carpark and took us to the apartment where she showed us around. The Apartment was beautifully decorated, clean and had everything we could need for our stay, and even had additional bonus items such as cling film and silver foil. We were welcomed with some croissants for our first breakfast, and had Netflix on the TV.
