Excellent location, beautifully decorated and very warm and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. It’s always great to have a well stocked kitchen because we enjoy cooking together when we go away. There were plenty of pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery which was really great.

We had such a great stay here! The apartment was even bigger than we expected, so there was loads of space for all six of us. It was really clean and had everything we needed for the weekend—plus some nice extras like board games for the kids, which was a lovely touch. The beds were super comfy, and we all slept really well. The location is perfect too—only about a 5-minute walk to York Minster and 10–15 minutes into the main town, so everything’s really close. Even though it’s so central, the area is really quiet, so no noise at all. Would definitely stay again! 😊

This apartment was excellent and the communications with the host were a model of clarity. It was very easy to find and the electronic permit based street parking, thrown in with the apartment made parking a breeze directly outside. Heating/shower/TV/WiFi all worked well with clear instructions in the welcome book, and everything was spotless. The Minster is a short level walk away. Overall, highly recommended.

A really clean and comfortable stay. The host Amy’s communication was exceptional. We had all of the information we needed prior to our arrival. Any questions were answered promptly and I would highly recommend the Bootham apartment 32. The location was perfect 5 mins walk from the centre of York.
