Nice BnB. Walking distance to centre of York, parking (for 10 GBP per day, if you book it), breakfast very good. Room was good size. York is a beautiful city.

Very walkable, close enough to the station to make trundling suitcases easy. Excellent breakfast, the fresh berries were delicious and my husband rated the sausage with his cooked selection one of the best he has tasted on this trip.

A great location on a quiet street but close to the city centre. The English breakfast was substantial with good quality ingredients. Staff were attentive and friendly

Room 2 was lovely. Two windows that could be opened and a fan were available. The 4 poster bed was very comfortable with very high-end sheets and duvet. There were tea bags and coffee and a kettle in the room. Great modern shower. I only had the breakfast once, but it was delicious. The location was perfect; on a quiet street and within 15 minutes of walking to restaurants and other sites.

It was perfect for our trip to explore York on foot. Within easy walking distance to most attractions or ability to get transport to others we wanted to see. Loved the breakfast which we decided to have at the accommodation. Made our mornings hassle free. *there are stairs to climb to the rooms but there are stairs to climb on York so be prepared to do lots of excersise.

Beautiful property very typical of Old York and such a quiet area so near the station and city centre. Absolutely brilliant home-style treatment from staff. They are a credit to your company. Extraordinary to find such a gem for a major race meeting (Macmillan Charity Race Day 14 June 2025).
