The apartment is in a wonderful location, close to the city centre. It is very quiet, clean and has everything ypu need for a weekend away. Beds were very comfy and the showers were great. Communication with Caroline was excellent

Beautiful apartment in a great location with Sainsbury’s just over the road. About 5mins away from the first stop on the hop on and off tour bus stop and then another few minutes to the minster and the shopping areas. It’s a really nice area; felt safe walking around by myself. The lift was a bonus, as I don’t travel light. Lovely rooms all as per the pictures, very clean, gorgeous en-suite and bathroom with fab showers, property well maintained also comfy beds and lovely bedding. Left the top of windows open overnight so the place was nice and airy in the mornings. There were also fans in the bedrooms which was appreciated as we arrived towards the end of a heatwave and it was good to have the windows open and let the cooler air circulate before bed. Lovely kitchen/diner area with comfy, clean seating and everything you need. Beautiful outlook onto surrounding gardens below. Apartment also smelled amazing with lovely subtle scents from diffusers and also handwash, shower and showers gels. Carpets felt so soft underfoot. Didn’t need the underfloor heating. Lovely host. We also used the free parking which was straightforward as we provided our car reg in advance as requested. I would definitely stay again, it felt like a real home from home. Normally on holiday I’m out most of the time but this place was so lovely, one morning I sat for a few hours in the living area, listening to the birds before going out. Loved it!

Perfect location to explore the historic district of York, only about a block away. The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed for our stay. A fully equipped kitchen, stylish and comfortable decor, beautiful views from the windows, and a quiet, safe and exceptionally clean space! Even the common areas outside the apartment were nice!

Stayed for 2nights 3rd-5th December.The apartment was so nice.Lovely and modern and spotlessly clean.The beds were so comfy.Loved the showers and underfloor heating was a bonus.The welcome pack was a lovely touch.The location was perfect just a 5 minute walk to the centre and 20 minutes from train station. Couldn’t fault anything at all really.If I was being picky we could have done with being able to check in a little earlier,maybe about 2.30 instead of 4 but I understand that it has to be cleaned ready for the next guests so not a big issue.Would definitely recommend it and we hope to come back at some point 😊

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The communication between our host Caroline was spot on,she explained everything we needed to know about parking which was really helpful. The apartment is in a very convenient spot,so close to local amenities & lovely independent shops and just a short walk to York minster. The museum gardens were also very close by if you want a break from the hustle & bustle. The apartment is located in a very smart building,there is a lift so you don’t have to carry heavy bags etc up to the second floor which was very handy. The apartment itself is very safe,clean & comfortable with everything you need for a break in York. We literally had everything we needed. The apartment is quiet,we didn’t hear any noise at all even though we were so close to everything however if we opened the windows we could hear the bells ringing from the nearby minster. This was really nice. There was a lovely view of the museum gardens from the bedroom window & a lovely big tree from the lounge window. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and so comfortable after a day exploring York,it was a joy to just put your feet up & enjoy a Yorkshire tea! There were lots of little extras too like underfloor heating! The bed was so comfy with lovely soft,plump pillows I honestly could have stayed for longer! Cannot recommend enough,and hope to return. Nearly forgot to mention! The welcome hamper was such a nice surprise,thankyou so much ❤️

Great location for city centre and all the main sites in York. The apartment itself is modern and very comfortable for 4 persons. It is also good value when compared to the higher end hotels in the area. Welcome hamper from the host was also a very nice touch. Finally the free car park space in a nearby car park was an added bonus! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking of paying a visit to York.
