“Beautiful ground floor appartment better than some 4 star hotels I have stayed in.”
The location was a little further from the city centre than we are used to but we left our car in its parking spot and caught a bus ride into town. Buses run every few minutes.We booked for my wifes birthday and we will book agaìn for my birthday in a few months as the property is a real home from home.

“A top class apartment and will definitely book it again”
Great location only a short walk into the centre of York. We parked the car in the parking space and didn’t need to use it until the day we left. A lovely apartment with everything you would need. It is first class all the furniture and furnishings are quality and it was spotless!!!

We had such a great time staying here. Jill was an amazing host who sent clear instructions in the run-up to our arrival. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, beds were comfy and the WiFi and hot water worked well. The parking space was a bonus and it was a quick easy walk into the city centre. We can't recommend staying here enough!

“Lovely clean apartment close to city centre”
The apartment was in a great location for walking into the city centre, only 10 -15 min walk, didn't need to use the car at all. It was spotlessly clean and linen and towels were fresh and clean. Nice touches like providing shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, washing up liquid, kitchen roll and washing up sponges meant we had everything we needed.

“Wonderful Stay”
The apartment was lovely, well kept, plenty of entertainment for us. It was very clean and tidy. Presented beautifully. It was warm, towels were lovely and soft. The extra fleece of the beds were welcomed and they even had an umbrella in the event of rain. Everything was placed thoughtfully and you could see the care taken in its presentation.
