“Great place for business stays!”
Great location, that is close to lots of places to eat. Hotel was clean and inviting the moment you walk in the door. Front desk staff were friendly.

No hot water to take a shower. Room had a jacuzzi tub but water was so cold we couldn’t use it in the morning. At breakfast cinnamon rolls were frozen ( clearly just taken out of freezer and put out). Had to take them back to our room and microwave. For the price we paid we definitely didn’t get our moneys worth in a stay. Probably won’t be back again.

“It was a horrible experience and I will never go there again!”
The bathroom door did not close unless forced then did not lock. The cabinet for the fridge would not open it was jammed. Went to the pool and the jacuzzi IT WAS FILTHY!! The water was so dirty other people's hair and dirt particles went into my bathing suit and that's just gross!! The pool was freezing the jacuzzi was not even a bit warm. Both were not even to the proper water level. When we went back to the room and sat on the lounge chair in the room my son was bit by something. He got 3 huge very itchy bites on his arm. We packed up an left. I requested money back and they said they aren't able to, to contact booking. I went there alot when they first opened and it was very nice. It has changed dramatically for the absolute worst!!
