“Great stay with amazing staff!”
The staff was amazing. I was there for a hockey tournament and they were marvelous in the way they handled the energy of a group of 8 year old boys (and their parents). From the front desk, to the security, to the restaurant staff, we were always greeted with a smile and they went above and beyond to be helpful.

When you flush the toilet it sounded like a bomb going off, waking up someone if they were sleeping. They wanted$14 for a breakfast buffet that had only a few items and was ice cold.

Everything was very clean. Had everything we needed. Check in was easy, front desk was polite. Incredible value for what we paid-which was definitely an off season price. Would absolutely stay again.

“Uncomfortable and staff was not properly trained”
Was not told about breakfast. No clean exes. Clock was still set on daylight saving Time. The heating system is extremely loud. The pillows are extremely uncomfortable. Front desk was not receptive to my complaints.
