“A Perfect Stay with a Thoughtful Host”

We had a perfect stay at L'AtelieR Guest House Yonago. Michael, the host, was incredibly kind and always happy to give us advice and recommendations: which we absolutely loved. He also regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well, which was very thoughtful. We followed his recommendations and had such a great experience! We chose this guest house as a base to visit Mount Daisen National Park, and the location was perfect, with a bus stop very close by. The room itself was amazing, and although the toilet and shower are shared, it was not a problem at all since everything was spotless. There is also a shared living area with a small kitchen and fridge, which made the stay even more comfortable. On top of that, it’s very close to convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants. Overall, it was the perfect stay: we would definitely come back!

This was truly the best guesthouse ever. Michael was incredibly kind. Thanks to him, my two nights in Yonago were unforgettable and enjoyable. He was not only a great host, but also a local who introduced me to the area very well. You should stay here at least one night. It worths.

“Convenient and comfy”

The pillow and bed are comfy. There is roof window. The host is friendly and helpful. The location is good. (The nearest bus stop is City Hall, one can take the buses to Kaike Onsen and Daisenji from this bus stop, no need go to Yonago Station).

Michael, our host, was very helpful. Property was very well presented and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living room space was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Rooms are decorated in European way, very cozy and nice. Initially when we walked from train station, it was felt like quite distance but actually it’s in good location when walking around town seeing the various spots.

“It wasn´t what I expected”

The room was exactly how it looks like in the picture. Michel was very nice, kind, and answered to my messages very quick. Despite the room was on a first floor without elevator and a long staircase, Michel raised up my heavy suitcase. I had a very good French wine Michel´s courtesy. It is not too far from the train station.

“Spacious light-filled guesthouse hidden in an arcade”

Meticulously clean. I was so shocked at how spacious the place was, especially since it was in an arcade. Lots of natural light, skylight windows in the lounge. Coffee and basics needed to make simple meals in the kitchen. The place is thoughtfully made and decorated throughout, lots of natural wood and floral wallpaper. My bedroom was massive. Michael was also very helpful and kind and checked in with me via Line often.

The guesthouse is clean and cozy. Also the interior looks very nice! The owner is a very friendly person, he gave me many tips where to go in yonago. I enjoyed my stay a lot and are looking forward to come again.

Wow! This place is so beautifully decorated, cosy and clean! And owner Michael is so friendly and goes out of is way to be helpful and give suggestions. Could not recommend more. Lovely breakfast with local jams, milk and tea.
