The welcome approach was bad. Everything feels bad. I receive a booking confirmation mail which states my check in time 15:00-23:00, I reached the property at 19:00 but the lady told me that I can't check in until 22:00. The booking details was very tricky, and it was so embarrassing. If I only knew I won't choose this hotel. I would never stay in this hotel again.
