“Great location. Lovely apartment”
The location of the apartment was excellent; overlooking the resort. We arrived by car and the checking in instructions were clear and concise, and parking was simple in the private car park. Communication with Sanna was easy and always promptly replied to, whilst also being very courteous. The apartment was very clean, and compared to Southern European ski apartments, very spacious too. We found the apartment well designed and we were able to easily self cater throughout the week. There are plenty of condiments left by others to cook with, as well as tea and ground coffee, and out of courtesy we left some also. We took our own dishwasher tablets, and cleaning pods for the washing machine, however they are available if you don't bring them. The shower was spacious and powerful, and the sauna, located off the shower room, was very welcome after a cold day on the slopes. The beds were very comfortable, and even though you overlook the resort the apartment is very quiet and we always had a good nights sleep. Ski hire is very convenient as are a couple of bars. I'd recommend Bar Kaappi, which isn't as plush as Taiga next door, but has more atmosphere, and is much, much cheaper! The bar owner Antti is very friendly and helpful too! There were various board games available, and DVD's also as there is a DVD player. We found sufficient storage space for clothes, and there is a large, lockable storage cage on the ground floor for all your ski gear. Overall we had a great family holiday, made easy to enjoy as it felt like a little home away from home.

The apartment is located in one of the few buildings in that area, and right over the chalet. A great choice for a snowboarding trip, only 100m away from the ski lifts.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our trip. Sauna was lovely after a long day on the hill. There is a locker downstairs for all ski/snow equipment, as well as a room for waxing and fixing snowboards which was great! being able to do laundry and use the drying cabinet was also very useful. bed were comfortable and we got plenty of good sleep.
