Difficult mandatory storage for skiis and boots in the basement. So many locked doors to open. Not possible for convenient ski in ski out with kids.

“Perfect place for enjoying the mountain.”
Location! Truly ski-in, ski-out with gondola to the top right next door. Also kitchen contained absolutely everything needed.
