“I need my refund from the hotel as they promised me booking. Com will refund my money”
Nothing I like about it I made a booking on booking.com on my arrival they still made me pay for my room saying booking will refund my money, but still not received any refund from booking.com

My room temperature was climbing from 25 to 26 degrees. I requested for an engineer. A hotel mgt staff brough a box fan instead. I requested for an engineer to adjust my AC and I left for dinner. When I came back, my door was left ajar. Anybody could have entered my room and took my valuables and cash. I assumed the hitel mgt staff (not able to wait for the engineer) left it ajar for the engineer to come into my room but the engineer didn't show up? ( lack of communication between staff?) I brought the matter up to the night Night Front Desk Mgr - this is a security breach on the part of the earlier Duty Mgr. This should not have happened. On the part on service recovery; they changed my room to face the lake which was much cooler and presented a fruit platter.
