Our room was spacious and very clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The shower is good but difficult to regulate temperature.The location is great, close to the Opera and Northern Ave. Call or have your taxi call to find it because it is behind the street and would be difficult to find otherwise. The owner is very kind and helpful.

Most importantly, this place wouldn't be the same without the host, Mrs. Lara. She was friendly and hospital, prepared a different home-made breakfest everyday and engaged in friendly conversation so one would feel like home. Thank you / Շնորհակալություն! The location of the place was also excellent. Close to the Cascades, close to the metro and the city centre, which is quite walkable.

Lara is a great host, very sweet lady. The hotel is very central, clean & rooms are spacious , walking distance to all restaurants & shops.

“Wonderful stay in the heart of Yerevan”

Yerevans Heart is in a fabulous location, and completely quiet at night. Lara and Arthur were incredibly welcoming and helpful to me as a first time visitor to Yerevan. I felt very welcomed and cared for. I learned a lot from them both.

Very good location close to the cascade and within easy walking distance to the tourist sites. Lara is a wonderful host and very kind person. We could have meaningful conversations in English (with some help of a translator app..). The room was very comfortable and bathroom clean and right next door. Breakfast was filling and tasty.

“Truly in the heart of Erevan”

It is a guesthouse in the city center of Yerevan. Everything is accessible by walking, making it very convenient to reach all the restaurants and cultural places. The very hospitable owner will prepare a tasty homemade breakfast for you every day, and you can always have a nice conversation with her. Don't hesitate to ask any questions; a solution will always be found. The room we stayed is simple, don't expect anything special, but it is very cozy, which is important. The bathroom was shared among the three rooms on our floor, it was quite comfortable.

Central location, clean. Breakfasts are also delicious. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Lara is a great host!

During my stay at the Yerevan’s Heart everything was perfect. It is the very center of Yerevan, and all the city sights are within walking distance. The room fits the description perfectly. Many thanks to Lara for her hospitality and kindness as well as for delicious breakfasts.

Location is good. Quiet room behind a non busy road. Fast Internet. Very good Host, Lara was trying to be communicative, friendly and helpfull. Thank you for that. Jaccuzzi, (which is actuall working, never expected for that) for the funs of it. Hard to get in if you are old. Hard to stand on since there is no flat surface so, your feet hurts after 2 minutes. Late check out available for everyone. You can leave you luggage near the entrance of the building and go to pick it up again.
