Very convenient location, everything within walking distance, two supermarkets nearby. The apartment is quiet, warm and very bright.

The place is huge, tidy and relaxing. With kitchen tools to cook, heat water, make coffee etc. Location is just a jump away from the restaurants, groceries and all other shops as well as the Republic Square. Huge thanks to Arsen (the host) for assisting us in everything we needed from tour package, booking a cab, directions and even printing some documents. Very reliable host.

Great host! He always answered our questions and was always there for us! Great location - right next to Northern Avenue and a supermarket. Many sights are within walking distance. Also many restaurants in the neighbourhood. Everything was also provided - from ironing board, clothes horse, broom, hairdryer etc. I hope we come back to Yerevan next year and then definitely the flat again! Arsen is a great guy.
