We had an amazing stay in this apartment in Yerevan! The host was truly exceptional—friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. They provided us with plenty of great tips and detailed information about sightseeing spots, as well as excellent restaurant recommendations. We also arranged through them our airport pick-up and drop-off, which made everything seamless, and a daily trip that turned out to be a highlight of our stay. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The apartment itself is perfectly located right in the city center, within walking distance of all the main attractions, markets, and lively areas. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Highly recommended—we would definitely stay here again!

Suren's place was nice and cozy: it was clean and clutter free. The apartment is in a central location: you can walk around the city and find whatever you need. Suren and his wife are very warm and hospitable, which makes the stay truly relaxing and enjoyable.

The host was very helpful and informative, offering advice on all tourist things. The apartment was modern and spacious with a very comfortable couch. Kitchen was well equipped and washing machine was very new and effective. The location was very central with any easy walk to the excellent restaurants recommended by our host.

The owner met us on the railway station and brought us to the airport. The flat is good.

Spacious apartment in the city center, very well equipped and very clean. Possibility to park the car in the yard (max. height 2.70m). Important in Yerevan. The owners are very helpful. Perfect. We highly recommend. (6th floor, no elevator)
