“Great place to stay in a great location!”
Great place to stay! The room was huge,with large comfy beds,great shower and lovely helpful staff! Breakfast was great! Different every day and very generous!Location was 20 minutes from the centre, so really good! Highly recommended! They also had 2 great black and white cats,what more do you want!

“Wonderful accommodation close to center”
Very cosy, home-like accommodation, breakfasts were amazing, the lady who served them was the sweetheart. Very nice and polite staff, terrace with cats warmed my heart.

“A wonderful, comfortable stay. Fantastic hospitality.”
It’s very comfortable, friendly and quiet. The included breakfast is superb. The staff are willing to help you with anything you need. It’s an easy 10m taxi drive into the centre of Yerevan. The cats are very cute! The host cannot do enough for you and even offered us a bottle of Armenian wine.

“Good Place”
Everything was perfect, except the bed. It was uncomfortable for my personal taste.
