Quiet area but nevertheless not far away from the main must see points. Spacious and well equiped appartment with a nice outdoor space. The hosts are super helpful and always prepared to help.

“Deserves a 12 score!”
Lovely spacious top floor apartment. Very clean and friendly welcome. We are a last minute booking so we had to wait for apartment to be cleaned but we could leave our bags for the day. has views over city which look lovely at night. Separate bedroom with 2 bedside tables, wardrobe, dresser and chair. kitchen is very well stocked to be able to cook with large fridge and for the first time clean dish cloths! Bathroom clean with shower cubicle so the floor does not get wet. Lounge chairs to relax and deck area. Also washing machine. Tucked away in a maze of backstreets so you get real local vibe.

“Is it for sale?”
Could not have found a better place to stay. It's an airy, sunny and well equipped apartement (washing machine!) located in an area without any street noise but still in the very center (3 mins walk to ring park). Good vibe, lovely family :)

“Nice and calm stay in Erevan”
It is the apartment in the same house where the owners live, so it was easy to contact them for collection and other questions. It is very clean and calm apartment with walking distance to the central part of Erevan. Comfortable beds. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Small terrace with the nice view. Was very happy to stay there.

“A nice place for a Yerevan stopover”
Great communication with the hosts - everybody was very kind and helpful. The check-in and check-out was smooth. The location is great with only 5 minutes walking to the centre of Yerevan. The place has all amenities even for a longer stay - we definitely appreciated the washing machine and the AC. The terrace is also nice for breakfast before you head out downtown. The apartment is also in a quiet street, away from the traffic, smoke and dust of Yerevan.
