“Lovely location but ensure you read ALL T&C's to avoid surprises”
The amenities of the resort were really good including loads of pools to choose from, nice restaurants and proximity to a really good beach and grocery store. The apartment itself, located in a 9 story block, was very spacious for our family as well. Overall the resort was lovely.

cosy litte appartment. Resort is quite nice. A little noisy at night, you can hear almost every noise from above or the appartment on the other side of the wall. flat was clean, check in etc. was easy. Resort has everything you need - 3 supermarkets in walking distance, the sea is 5 mins away.

Its asked for money for water , electric money which not mentioned on the description. Also 200 eur deposit is not mentioned in the description. The bed was very bad. Hard to take comfortable sleep. For children, keep in mind that they are not giving bracelets for facilities normally because its a studio apartment.

“Excellent holiday great value for moneys friendly staff was happy with everything all round.”
Good onsite facilities, bar, restaurant, shop, bakery. Gym and pool area all good. Close to beach but you do need a 5min taxi as it’s too far to walk in the heat.

“Great host, location and facilities would return”
The fact that there are so many apartments but the pools hardly ever felt overcrowded. It feels very safe and has a community feel. The bus service was an added bonus. The apartment was new and clean and functional with a nice balcony.

The apartment was in good condition. Clean and comfortable. There is everything you need even for a long stay. We would like to advise the owners to change the bed linen and towels to higher quality.

“Lovely Resort”
The property is modern, clean, nice atheistic, spacious, has SMART TV, Aircon and kitchenette. Host had good communication from time of booking through to check out. I was given water on arrival.

“I asked the owner to do something to change the pillows, the towels are dirty, the pots and pans are simply not suitable”
came with my family for Christmas and New Year, on the same day, after seeing how terrible the room was, I looked around to transfer to another hotel, but at that time, everywhere was occupied, because it’s the time of the year,the condition of the room was terrible, the towels were dirty, the mattress was old, it was impossible to rest, the sewer was clogged, the sewage system is very bad, the water from the toilet drains into the shower cabin, and when you wash it, it goes into the sink, it is terrible and the smell is HORRIBLE. I'll try to attach the pictures below I asked the owner to do something to change the pillows, the towels are dirty, the pots and pans are simply not suitable for use, she refuses to do anything (I have photos, I will try to attach them below), the owner does not care about the comfort and safety of her clients, she cares about money and the fact that the client paid to spend a vacation with her family, that's it was not interested. She even told me not to disturb her anymore.

“My wife and I agree that this was one of the best holidays we've ever had. Probably the best.”
Breakfast was not part of the deal. We loved the location, so near the swimming pools. We also loved the two balconies. The studio was totally clean on arrival The people we dealt with, Elena and Oksana (and Oksana's husband) were friendly, polite and helpful. If we had a question we would message them and they replied very quickly with a useful answer. The shuttle bus to the beach was very helpful
