Very disappointing experience. The host replied extremely slowly, and when my child accidentally left behind his most precious comfort cloth — which he has had for 12 years — they kept saying nothing was found. We only left some vegetables intentionally as a kind gesture, but that cloth meant the world to my son. We truly hoped they would help us find it, but they just kept replying that there was nothing.
