Upon arrival was given the code from the wrong apartment, waited for 45 minutes for the security to come and find out what was going on!? No one answered after that? I asked for additional towels and did not receive an answer? Also, the apartment was not cleaned even once for staying in it… The deposit that was supposed to be returned in 5-10 days has not been returned after 27 days, no one is responding to messages!!!? Total disappointment and not to be recommended!
