“A great and calm place, worth coming back to”
The place was really nice, only a few minutes away from the railway station. There were a bunch of grocery stores around us, and we had a chance to buy anything we needed. By itself, the hotel looked really cozy and like a museum at the same time - we’ve never seen so many vintage icons in one place. Our room was always tidy, as well as well-lit. We had all the commodities we wanted including a fridge, ac and a coffee-machine with free coffee included. The breakfasts and dinners were amazing, with various dishes every day. A big surprise was a free small spa with two saunas, as well as a 50% discount for the spa in Romantik Hotel. The staff were really nice and friendly, always willing to help us in any way they could.

“Lovely mountain location but poor service lets it down”
Great things were location in the town centre close to trains, buses, supermarket and tourist attractions.The size of room with a fridge was good. .We really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner. Kitchen staff great.

“Really comfortable, really friendly staff, great spa.”
The staff were incredibly helpful, and made us breakfast and lunch free of charge when we climbed Hoverla. The spa was great - nobody else in there except for us.

Right by bus station, five minutes from train station. Good double glazing keeps noise down. Breakfast ok, restaurant good. Good shower. Staff helpful, some English spoken. The corridors are full of owners icon collection, interesting icons too, not just usual ones. Never used spa so can't comment on that. Comfortable bed.
