a frequent traveler with experience in international hospitality, this was unfortunately my worst hotel stay. I stayed from 29/11 to 1/12 for a work trip and needed rest, but the experience was very disappointing. Reception staff were often absent and unhelpful, and I even had to assist them during check-in. When I asked about nearby shops, the response was rude. The room was not clean, the furniture had stains, and noise from other rooms and the street was very loud. There was no internet or proper services. Additionally, when I checked out, there were no staff at reception and I had to wait for someone to arrive. Even for a one-star hotel, the service, cleanliness, and comfort were far below expectations. I cannot recommend this property.”
