Great location right at shops. Very flat access (in bathroom as well) Great for young children as small outside yard totally secured. Covered parking for 2 cars. Very comfortable rooms with 1 king 1queen and small room with single/double bunk bed combo. Fully equipped and easy kitchen to use. Extra toilet with full washing machine and dryer located in laundry. Two great covered outside areas to relax in.

Location - whilst no view the location is fabulous for walking everywhere.

The location was fantastic for what we needed . Short stroll to the main high street of Yamba . Beds were comfortable , plenty of space for 6 adults . Nicely decorated .

We really enjoyed our stay. All the basics were covered plus some unexpected extras. Particularly loved the kitchen window that opened onto the front deck where we ate breakfast, lunch and dinner whenever we didn't eat out. Being located so close to the main street made it easy to walk to restaurants, shops and the weekend market.

“Wonderful holiday rental for families”

Great little house, absolutely everything we needed, nicely furnished with plenty of space. The kitchen/ outdoor area was really lovely for family meals and downtime. Oh and knives that actually cut! That was a real surprise, we usually travel with our own kitchen knives, knowing that holiday rentals usually have dismal kitchen bits. That was a lovely surprise. We loved being so close to town, and a nice walk to yambas beaches. Will definitely be staying here again

It was central to town. It was clean, had everything we needed. It was quiet and comfortable. We will certainly try and secure it again when we visit Yamba.
