We love everything about this place—the location, the design of the house, and the prompt service through chat. Everything has been just perfect for us. The view is absolutely breathtaking, with Mount Fuji right in front of the house and just a few steps from Lake Yamanakako. The BBQ service is excellent and truly great value for money. “Good view in the winter”

The view to Mt Fuji is close to perfect - trees are there and thank goodness it is winter and the leave are gone. Self Checkin and out is easy enough. Parking good for one car.

“Not as good as the title promises”

The lake is very near, so it is easy to go for a walk there. Through the leaves it is possible to see the lake and Mt. Fuji behind. The house was very clean.

The location was excellent. Easy to find with parking at the house. Very spacious ad ell equipped. I could happilyhave spent a week there.

My camera got lost at the train station, with the help from the land lord, we luckily retrieved the camera, we want to say thank you again, thanks for helping and taking care of us! And we love the stay!

1. The location: It's located beside the lake, sounds great, but in fact it's in middle of nowhere that I couldn't do anything except stay inside the resident. 2. The bathroom: The bathtub is made by wood, sounds very Japanese to enjoy a nice hot bath. But in fact, the tub is kind of dirt where you will not consider to take a bath inside. So we only do shower, but the shower has drain problem, so owner leave notes on the wall to ask visitor taking shower inside the tub to prevent water flooding outside the bathroom. It made all of us so stressful to take shower. I really couldn't accept it. 3. The fence for the attic was damaged and so unstable. It couldn't really secure the guest without falling off. However, owner only leave note on the fence to "remind" guest be aware the damage and not to lean on it. It shouldn't be guest's responsibility to such bad condition. 4. The last, the pillows were just like airplane economy class pillow, so flat and so small. The pillow cases and quilt covers were even in very different types. Feel like collecting the retired facilities to run the rental house. I really had very bad sleep in the night.
