The pillows were hard like stone

Breakfast is basic but good. I'm aware that it was off season for this location. It was very quiet the days i was there. Sauna and swimmingpool ive used one time and that was good. Room was nice and clean. People at the reception were very helpfull when needed.

We recently stayed here and were thoroughly impressed. Firstly, the staff were truly excellent—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was exactly what we needed: very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. A special mention must go to the breakfast, which was excellent with a great variety of hot and cold options to start the day right. The location was another major plus. With easy access to main roads, it was the perfect base for exploring the area without being in a noisy city center. We had no complaints and will certainly be choosing this hotel again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

“Relaxing Stay”

I always drove by this hotel and wanted to try it because it looked so nice on the outside. And indeed we had a pleasant stay. Brandnew hotel with modern interior. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The spa area is clean and smells nicely. There is one mixed spa area women and men and a seperate one only for women with everything in it - heated pool, sauna, massage room, salt room, everything was neat and clean. The staff was always friendly and welcoming. We liked the food as well. We also visited the Yalova Thermal Baths, which is a sensational natural hot spring and is a 10-minute car ride away. We loved it. We will definitely come back every once in a while.

6 of us stayed at this lovely hotel (including our 3 years old daughter) Nicely decorated, clean and friendly staff. We don't speak Turkish so we have relied a lot on the kindness of the receptionist. They have been nothing but the best. AZIZA and EMIR went above and beyond helping us with recommendations and all sort of things. Without us asking they actually managed to even negotiate a better price for taxi to go to Istanbul. Quality people, many thanks for everything!

I really liked the sport, indoor pool and hamaam facilities they were very clean and easy to use.

In the reception there was a women whp did not treat me well and she was very rude!!, but then i asked for another receptionast to come and he was kind with me. But unfortunatly i go out not feeling happy because of her and the way she talked to me.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days. The hotel is amazing, the staff were amazing, particularly AZIZA, the food was great, the spa was wonderful.

The best person at the reception is Ms Aziza .The hotel is very comfortable and clean.
