There was no fresh fruit or fruit juice at breakfast There was old food left by the previous occupants in the fridge in our room We paid extra and booked a superior room - the receptionist advised that all their rooms are superior

The view was pretty, some of the people working there were super nice (waiters and receptionists). The bed was okay.

The staff were so friendly and the hotel is so nice

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, the rooms were very comfortable with a nice view the staff was incredibly helpful.

The receptionist does not answer the call from the room. Called several times without success..The safe does not work and I had to go to the reception for notifying them that I could not open the safe. The room temperature was much too hot. Pillows were too high for me to sleep. On top of that, the guests next to my room were loud till late in the middle of the night. Then when I started to fall asleep around 4am...someone came to knock at my door calling and even tried to open the door of my room. Luckily for me, I locked the door. Very bad experience overall.

Lovely staff and hotel

“Pleasant , peaceful after a long day in the road.”

The welcome was very warm, pleasant when we arrived. There was parking near the reception for a motorcycle, that gave a peace of mind since it’s a brand new machine. Breakfast was plenty to choose from. The bar is also nice , price for a beer was fair. Special thanks to the receptionist, Mr Halcen , hope ei got his name right.

The hotel enjoys an excellent view and features a wonderful spa. The staff are highly professional, and I would like to extend my thanks to Mr. Murad at the reception, Mr. Murad in the restaurant, and Ms. Saja at the reception for their outstanding service and kind treatment. I strongly encourage all hotels to attract and retain such exceptional staff, as they truly ensure an unforgettable guest experience. The hotel is about a 10-minute drive from the city, making it an excellent choice for those seeking tranquility and nature. If I return to Yalova, I will definitely book this hotel again.

“Great hotel for a great price”

Clean spacious and modern. Staff were great and the breakfast and dinner were really good. Hard to fault it. And it was great value.

Unfortunately, from the moment I entered the hotel to the moment I printed the bill, I was plagued by problems.

A great option for us as a transit stop, perfect value for money. Very friendly and courteous staff, special thanks to manager Marat for his warm welcome and assistance with parking.

Service, flexibility, nice staff, good restaurant

I really liked the hotel's location and style, the feeling of calm and comfort, and the way the stuff dealt with us was very nice special Ms. saja ... I honestly advise everyone to try staying in this hotel ...

Everything was just perfect. When we arrived We had made a mistake of making different date booking but the front office manager Mr Murat was very kind to immediately make the relevant changes and provide us with a reservation. More importantly he upgraded our room at no extra charge with a quiet mountain view room. Staff very kind and always ready to help.. Mr. Hakan evening staff at the front office always had a special gift for us whenever we came from outside. He gave us a fruit plate as a kind gesture. They know how to please their guests. Worth a visit.. thank you everyone for making us feel so special. I forgot to mention Mr Anais ,chef Kaan,Ms Saja and another of the restaurant staff don't remember his name all friendly, efficient and helpful.

The room full of bedbugs pls look around the bedroom ´ mattress , pillow and around all room there are tens of them I took pictures I will include them Pls look after your health yours and your family They the people in the hotel the owner they don’t care I had to call the police they came over, but they’ve done nothing I had to go early in the morning to the hospital 4 o’clock in the morning and back again at 10 The gave me more injections tablets cream cost me over 10000 TL Then I had to decide to run away at night from this horrible Hotel they don’t care people they only care about collecting money Please, please make sure Dont destroy your holiday like they destroyed mine

The place is very clean Reception so friendly and understand your needs specially by Mr Hakan and miss Saja Restaurant dinner was so delicious and the price is amazing The Spa it’s wonderful so clean and so wonderful people especially by miss Mata Car park, wonderful free of charge supermarket and petrol station next-door Swimming pool clean I was supposed to have just one day break but I decide I’m gonna have another two days This hotel, I strongly advise it to couples family kids I have been around a lot, but what I’ve paid the price is so good I will definitely come back again 🙏🏿😍
