“The worst hotel experience I’ve had in years — unprofessional staff, poor service, and even a missing item from my room.”

I stayed at Yalipark Hotel for 7 nights / 8 days, and unfortunately, this was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. • Missing item: One of my clothing items disappeared from the room. I had only worn it once, and it was worth around €130 — roughly the cost of one night’s stay. The hotel didn’t take responsibility, nor did they offer a refund or any solution. • Bathroom issues: From day one, the toilet was leaking and the bathroom floor was constantly flooded. I reported it three times during my stay, yet nothing was fixed. • Cleanliness: On some days, the room wasn’t cleaned at all, which is unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. • Poolside service: Whenever I ordered food or drinks at the poolside, either my order was forgotten or it took around an hour to receive anything. • Staff & professionalism: The staff were unprofessional, unhelpful, and seemed to make guests wait unnecessarily whenever assistance was requested. I travel more than 15 times a year to different countries and hotels, and this was hands down the worst value for money and overall experience I’ve had. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

“The room was in poor condition and needed a major upgrade”

Our stay was unfortunately hampered by the poor condition of the room, which is in need of an upgrade. It was uncomfortably humid to the point that the bedsheets were wet, and running the air conditioner only exacerbated the problem. A torn mosquito net on the balcony door prevented us from getting any fresh air, and the sight of multiple dead mosquitoes smeared on the walls made for an unpleasant experience.

Hi, I’m glad that I stayed and slept at this hotel. The hotel is clean, the staff is perfect, especially Semet & Mesuut. I highly recommend this hotel — it’s close to the center and very accessible.

i left my hoodie in the hotel. i have asked a friend to go to the hotel to collect it for me. hoodie was kept from the hotel meanwhile. once my friend reached the hotel to collect it, it was completly dirty and they just ignored me when i was trying to reach out. first room was soo small i had to ask for an upgrade and pay for that

It was horrible the place the room the parking was so far you have to walk 5 minutes to your hotel we have booked for 3 nights but we couldn’t handle for one day there was so much sounds around our room we couldn’t sleep well you can hear the people in the next room and also the room was to small we couldn’t open our luggage easily there was no space for that , but about the staff they were so nice and friendly all of them this is the only thing good in this hotel nothing else .
