Very spacious and well equipped apartment. We had really nice time.

Alexandros was the perfect host, as always. This was not my first stay at this property but it was for my guest. They were impressed with the quiet location, the large patio, the good wifi and air con and the comfortable bed. On a very hot day we really appreciated the chilled water placed in the fridge for our arrival. This is definitely my first choice apartment for Xylophagou and I would hope it was not my last visit. Thank you Alexandros!

Location is perfect. You are 10 minutes driving from Ayia Napa 15 minutes from Protaras and 30 minutes from Larnaca in a very silent environment. The apartmant is large, comfort and there is everything that you need for vacation (all of kitchen stuff, washing machine, iron, hairdryer…) I dont change a host when i come back to Cyprus.

Nice, well equipped apartament in a quiet place. Comfortable beds, great balcony. I can recommend it for both short and long stays.

I loved the large spaces especially the terras. Unfortunately I could not use it as much as I hoped for as the weather was rainy and chilly. But when the evenings are better the terrass can be a super great place for supper, wine and talks. We were unlucky with the weather. Hopefully next time better. The big windows were also great and the good kitchen. Alexandros is a super helping owner, he took care of as every day by asking how we are and sending us links to visit. The big discount supermarket is literally 10 steps from the house which is great too. Bakery is few 100m away. The property is far from tourist area, so great when you want peace and less touristic environment. We wanted thar, so that was good too. Turkish part is very near, so when you have a car - you need that - you can go there easily.

Extra super host taking care of us, excellent communication, smart guidance, quick problem-solving, absolutely guest-friendly environment, fully equipped, spacious apartment (even an iron and washing gel were provided), really huge balcony (you could even play badminton on it), sunrise from the balcony, super comfy bed, no mosquitos

Excellent apartment, as in the pictures. Huge terrace great for children. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly host. We had a small problem with hot water, but the host solved it quickly. I hope we will come again

The host - Alexandros is very helpfull and kind all the time. His hospitality is priceless. Xylo is a great place to rest with all amenities and good restaurants. But with short drive time to Ayia Napa and Larnaca. The apartment have stunning terrace with a great view after sunfall.
