The place was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Mario was exceptionally polite, kind, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location is excellent — close to restaurants and bakeries, with convenient parking available. It’s also only about a 15-minute drive to Ayia Napa, making it a great base for exploring the area. I stayed there on my own, but I would especially recommend it for couples without children, as the atmosphere is truly romantic and ideal for a peaceful getaway. Thank you, Mario, for your kindness and hospitality. I will definitely visit again in the future.

“Wonderful and quiet”

Mario is perfect host, very comunicative, friendly and helpful. Studio is lovely, in quiet area, with bus station at 50m with 711 and 704 to Aiya Napa. Clean, spacious and sweet. WiFi might be a little faster but not big of a deal since we were mostly outside. Considering the price, this is even better and will come back again, every recomendation. Simply perfect

We arrived in Cyprus late at night -well past midnight- and yet we were warmly welcomed by the lovely host family at this apartment. Their kindness made a huge impression on us, especially after a long day of travel. They waited for us with such a warm attitude and genuine smiles, and even their sweet little daughter kindly showed us around and explained the details of the apartment. It was such a touching and memorable welcome. The apartment was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great -ideal for exploring the beautiful beaches on this side of the island- and having a place to park our car on the property was also a big plus. Above all, we’re truly thankful for the warmth and generosity of this family. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even at such a late hour. It was, without a doubt, the perfect start to our trip around this beautiful island -and we would absolutely choose them again if we return to this part of Cyprus. The hosts took care of everything for me, a lovely apartment, and the owners of the apartment even more so! There is a bus outside the apartment to Ayia Napa and also to Larnaca, the location is very convenient

Lovely studio flat, decorated with care. Great location if you wish to stay away from bigger cities and enjoy a calmer time. We were here off season, and could spend days hiking by the sea almost completely alone.

All very clean and cosy. Love is the theme of this place. Feels like homestay in the beginning a truly warm local and traditional experience.Mario is a very nice guy. Always available to help. The price for what you get is amazing! You get parking space in front door, nice living room, nice bed, a lot of bsth quality producta to choose from, microwave, kettle all needed to make meals. There are very good restaurants too walking distance.

One of the best guest rooms I've been in in Cyprus and also one of the cheapest. Mario the host is an amazing person, helps with everything and does everything from the heart. A large studio room and it has everything. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.
