“Nice hotel we will be back and hopefully the doors will not be closed!”
arrival at hotel was not really nice: door closed...5 minutes waiting outise in the cold when finally the door opens to someone asking us what we want....feeels very strange and weird...of course we are here to stay at the hotel! the person telles us that the rooms are not available before 15h00...all fine but please let us at least come in in a more welcoming way!

This hotel was amazing, very modern and hi tech, was taken to our room on arrival to explain how to work everything, pool and leisure area was beautiful. Unfortunately there was no evening food that night but they had a list of restaurants that they recommended Breakfast was good

“Perfect stay😊 will certainly be back!”
Just everything!!!! Not far from the lake or skiing stations. The room , the wellness area were beautiful and extra clean. The staff was super friendly and professional. The food, delicious. The Finland bath outside a bonus!!!
