“Perfect stay”

Very well appointed rooms, peaceful atmosphere and conveniently located

We had a fantastic stay at Cesca’s, the staff were delightful and even took us around to show us what the rooms were used for in the past and showed us a couple other rooms. The food, views and cleanliness were exceptional, we’ll definitely revisit!

“Beautiful Hotel, Disappointing Experience”

A very disappointing stay, especially given the price. We booked one of the hotel’s premium rooms with a jacuzzi for a two-night mini-honeymoon, expecting peace and relaxation. Instead, we were placed directly below the restaurant and event space. On the day we were most looking forward to enjoying the room, we were instead dealing with constant noise from above - high heels, furniture movement, and general commotion, making it impossible to relax in the room we had specifically chosen to enjoy. To escape this, we moved to the pool area, but that offered little relief. One side was affected by noise from the event, while the other was dominated by a loud kitchen extractor. When we reported this to reception, the response was indifferent. We were told the manager would contact us the following day, which never happened. This lack of follow-up and professionalism was particularly disappointing. Ultimately, while the views are stunning, the experience is let down by poor soundproofing and a lack of accountability. For what we paid, this fell far short of expectations. ------EDIT------ The manager called me this morning, but notably did not offer any apology. Instead, these were his exact words: "At least there wasn't music", "No one else complained", "You didn't have to write on booking.com", "Since you wrote on booking.com, I cannot give you 1 night for free". What ultimately pushed me to end the call was his remark: "You didn't even pay that much, I sold rooms for more". At that point, I had heard enough and chose to hang up. This interaction reflected a level of arrogance, greed, and lack of accountability that is deeply concerning. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when considering a booking here.

Beautifully refurbished little hotel. Friendly helpful staff, lovely greeting on arrival and throughout stay. The attention to detail was excellent, including the lovely smell as you entered! Lovely pool area, overlooking the gorgeous valley. The breakfast was delicious with good variety and made to order.

Very calm, close to Victoria

Nice rooms, friendly people, location was good as long as you like a 10-25 minute walkbto the beach and town. Nice sun deck.

I requested an extra large double bed, and they were just two single beds placed together with a sheet on them to make it seem like it's a big bed. While we slept comfortably, this "add-on" was misleading. The photos were taken at a wide angle to make the rooms, (and the pool) look bigger than it actually is - again quite deceiving. Overall it was alright, but not somewhere I'd be staying again.

The location is amazing and the view from the breakfast area overlooking the valley is beautiful. Classic room was sort of OK. Room service was very good and we had the room done each and everyday as one could expect in a boutique Hotel. The pool looked inviting but the weather was not accommodating.

I stayed for a weekend break with my daughter, and overall it was a wonderful experience. The room was spectacular, especially the view from the hotel, which truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious and well presented.

Beautiful hotel, gorgeous and very clean rooms with small balcony and views, and a lovely ensuite. Comfortable beds with good linen, warm room (we were visiting March/April 2026 in a cold, rainy and windy week), plenty of hot water, and extremely good breakfast - highly recommend their house granola with yoghurt. There was a lovely lounge and stunning rooftop terrace and pool - sadly the weather wasn't good enough for us to enjoy it. We had a small car and were able to park on the road outside the hotel by keeping close to the wall with our wheels off the white road lines. There was more parking on the road further away - approx 100 to 150 metres, so it would not have been a problem if we had had to park there. Nearby coastal village very pretty. Fantastic meal at friendly La Terrazzo restaurant above Xlendi. If you hire a car and use sat nav, driving around Gozo is a great way to see so much of this beautiful island.

The rooms were gorgeous with a good shower and comfortable bed. The location was lovely with stunning views. We ate at the restaurant and the food was really good. We had a lovely peaceful night away here and would definitely stay again :)

“Stylish boutique hotel”

Lovely boutique hotel between Rabat and Xlendi. It is an old building converted into a modern one with style. Lovely restaurant and great hospitality.

It was so tastefully renovated, staff Grace was so helpful, friendly and cheerful. The balcony view in the bedroom was so beautiful. We even saw a rainbow yesterday on top of the hill. Breakfast was good enough. So close to Xlendi, walked 15 mins downtown for my diving centre Utopia. Lovely people, would love to go back.so quiet location.
