“Enjoyable and welcoming stay”
Very warm welcome from all the staff. Able to check in early, which was appreciated. Loved the space and rocking chairs in front of my room with views over the front of the property and neighbourhood activity; even better are the stunning views from the rooftop terrace out to the mountains, and the dozens of attractive pot plants (including many succulents) on the deck. Cleanliness of the property throughout was exceptional. Although the property is a few hundred metres from the centre, it is a pleasant walk to restaurants and the main square. Wifi signal was excellent.

Super friendly owners. Ideally located to get in and out of town. Beautiful terrace that overlooks the valley. They clean the bedroom daily.

“Quaint, but noisy and lacking in helpfulness”
Very quaint, homey guesthouse with a great rooftop view, air conditioning in the room (Xititla gets HOT with the humidity), decent internet.

“Great place, lovely owner”
What a wonderful little hotel run by a lovely and very helpful lady. She saved me a lot of trouble and time by explaining that I need to buy tickets to Edward James garden in advance, in a different spot in town. And she did it with a lot of patience for my poor Spanish!

“It was just great. I loved the place.”
The location is super good. Close to the Jardin Edward James and to the town centre. The owners told me a bit about the places which are worth visiting. The terrace has a great view and comfy chairs.
