“Really good place to stay.”
Concierge and Staff were really friendly! I liked it a lot. I asked for the convince store and they brought me there by person. Also recommendations for restaurants were nice.

This hotel exceded all my expectations, the rooms are on a whole level, the swimming pool and Gym are increíble, they have excellent rates for Changing USD and the staff goes above And beyond to assist with any issue you have.

“Best hotel when staying in Xian”
Excellent location. Efficient front desk.. Great breakfast with many asian and continental food choices. Great swimming pool. Large room with very comfy extralarge bed. Very modern bathroom. We stay on a high floor but never any problem to wait for lifts.. total 6 lifts.. Overall great hotel

All the staff were exceptional and the manager, Ray, was friendly, warm and vivacious. Ray and her team went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The rooms are massive, breakfast buffet top-notch and the entire vibe of the hotel exceeded our expectations. We would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and enriching stay in Xi'an!!

“Mega room - a suite you should treat yourself.”
The Mega room truly exceeds my expectations. The 180 degree view overlooking the old town is spectacular. Makes you feel like a royalty watching the busy city beneath you. Room is huge, clean and absolute luxury. Can't say enough.

This stay was outstanding, people are taking pride in doing their job, plumbers with thermal imaging cameras, etc... Very high standarts in everything. Never had a stay at this level.
