What impressed me most about this hotel was, by far, the dedication of all the staff to making my stay very pleasant. The staff was very attentive and caring. I would highlight it among all the hotels I have visited in China and around the world. Congratulations on a great job! I will be back!

Excellent service rendered by all staff. My husband and I fell sick upon arrival and the staff took the time and effort to bring us to the hospital and helped us with all the necessary administration. We would definitely be so lost without the help.

The location was centrally located and secure with a lovely stying. Our suite was beautifully appointed with separate spaces. There was a good variety of both local and western options. The service was outstanding and the staff very attentive. We would definitely return to this hotel.

A lovely hotel with truly excellent service. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable and pleasantly quiet. Breakfast is top-notch, and the gym is perfectly adequate for a proper workout. The location is very convenient - most major sights are fairly close, especially considering the size of the city. The staff are attentive, thoughtful and genuinely caring. I was very pleased with my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

“Pleasant stay”

All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room is elegantly decorated and bed is comfortable. Their toilet have bidet which is a plus

The staff went above and beyond to help us with every request, particularly Frank at the concierge who was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The quality of the facilities, the dining experiences and the rooms were exceptional.

A fantastic hotel with traditional service and attention to detail. All the staff are fantastic from the concierge to the cleaning staff, the breakfasts are outstanding with Chinese and European hot and cold selections. The Italian restaurant is really good if you want something different from Chinese. A great happy hour.

The room is superb, spacious and very clean. The bathroom is exceptional. Beautiful thick curtains which block the light well (helps with a good night sleep) and the room is sound proof, nice and quiet. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, most of them speak good English.

This is such a lovely hotel. The location is really central, the room was big and airy, the breakfast was delicious and the swimming pool tranquil. Two things that were outstanding were the free happy hour and the attitude of the staff - they could not have been nicer and more helpful
