The two guys who worked the reception were exceptional. They really did go out of their way to help us with using the WeChat app. They had paid for us to use the gym across the road then we organised how to pay them back. We slept in a private room that had a projector and a small mini bar. The location was perfect, so close to the metro station and not long to go into the city.

I had a private room and it was spacious and clean with my own bathroom. There was a big window and a full size mirror. Nice hot shower and very quiet. Short walk to the mega-shopping mall SAGA.

The lounge area is super nice and lots of different areas. It is in a great location by the metro line and they explained in a message how to get there. Water filter for hot and cold water

the best hostel I've ever been to! Rene the receptionist is divine, attentive to my needs at all times, He speaks English very well and tries hard to help you with everything. In addition, the hostel has an excellent location just meters from line 2, which connects you with everything. Next door there is a 7-eleven, and many places to eat. Very clean, everything new, I would definitely return without thinking about it.

The location was very convenient near the metro. The common areas were nice and promoted the interaction between guests.

Nice hostel and good vibes. Loved that every night they projected a different movie (in English). Rooms were clean and comfortable, each bed had enough space for backpack/luggage and a locker for valuables. The ladies spoke English so it was easy to communicate. The metro is 5 minutes away and you can reach several places by walk as well.

This was a really really great hostel and I don't think I'd have found much better in Xi'an for the price. It's clean, the staff are super friendly and will chat with you. It's in a good location close to a metro station that goes straight to the city centre in 5 minutes and also some fast food shops and a mini supermarket. The showers and bathroom area are also nice and clean.

Everything was GREAT: - very smooth check-in (I often struggle since I can't speak Chinese - they made it easy) - the staff is amazing, speak good English (and even some French). They were happy to take the time to share tips. - the place is new, clean, cozy. Everything is arranged to make you feel comfortable. There is a washing machine that you can use for a small fee. Water dispenser available. I could borrow an umbrella. There are cottons pads and buds at disposal..plenty of small attentions, very appreciable! - the location is very convenient; 2 min from the metro station (direct line to North train station). I strongly recommend. The best place I've stayed in China by far!!

Absolutely recommended!! I've been 9 months travelling through Asia, and this could be hands down one of the best hostels I've stayed so far. It is clean, has plenty of diversified spaces both for luggage, working, or socialising. The AC in the rooms worked really good, and the beds included a private curtain, international plugs, a lamp, a shelf, a locked and generous space for luggage. The location is great, with 1 minute walk to a metro station that can bring you anywhere in town. As it is a 17th floor, views are nice. On top of that the staff there are amazing, incredibly welcoming, open-minded and with a good English level!! Very smooth check-in too. Spending some days in Xi'an with them should be on top of your list. You won't regret it :)
