Overview
Centrally located within the ancient city walls of Xi'an and Bell Tower shopping area, the luxurious Hilton Xian offers an indoor pool and 3 dining options. We stayed at the Hilton Xi'an for 2 nights and we were very pleased with our experience. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The location is perfect, it’s very close to the main sights, which made exploring the city easy. The hotel offers a paid taxi service (about 100 CNY). A special thank you to the administrator, Sultan Elchan, for his excellent service and for being so helpful with any questions or requests we had. Highly appreciated!

Bed was amazing, breakfast superb. No complaints, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, everything worked very well and the entrance hall is a work of art. Would definitely recommend and would also stay again. We had a minor problem in our room, that was promptly resolved, they were very professional.

The breakfast is good and offers a nice variety, which is great to start the day. The room is overall okay, nothing exceptional but acceptable. The location is also a good point.

“An alright hotel”
The room was great — spacious, comfortable, and exactly what we expected from a Hilton. The location was also convenient, though we didn’t always feel completely safe exploring the surrounding area, especially at night. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options, and we didn’t use the hotel’s other facilities during our stay.
