An excellent serviced apartment hotel with a convenient location, just a 10–15 minute walk from the nearest metro station. The rooms are beautiful, and I especially enjoyed having a large windowsill. It was a very cozy place to sitting there and relax after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and professional. After I had already checked out, I realized that I had left some personal belongings in my room. I contacted the hotel through WeChat, and the staff helped locate the items, prepare a package, and arrange delivery to Beijing, where I was continuing my trip. Their assistance greatly improved my overall experience and left a very positive impression. Without any doubt, I will stay here again on my next visit to Xi'an. Highly recommended!

Fantastic value. Our apartment was fantastic. One bedroom with king size bed, ensuite and another separate toilet, kitchen, washing machine/clothes dryer. Very clean. If you catch the subway use line 3, get off at Yanpingmen station and use exit A. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk. Great way to see all the little restaurants near the hotel. The Citadines Hotel is in the same building as the Holiday Express. Citadines is from level 15 to level 25.

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was satisfactory, but not very varied. For non-Chinese guests, the morning options were mostly limited to eggs, fruit, and jam.

New and modern building with a spacious room equiped with kitchen and a big bathroom. We did not have the chance to try the breakfast as we left very early in the morning during our stay. Very clean, sleek and modern architecture.
