Great location, great hotel. Close to the main sights and to several metro lines. Simple but decent breakfast every day. Comfortable rooms which were cleaned every day. The free laundry self-service was an additional plus. Special kudos to their English speaking staff at the reception who helped us multiple times with booking tickets in the terrible WeChat app.

Location and the service itself were superb

I had a good stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. My room was clean, but I felt the sheets did not smell great, unfortunately. The room was comfortable. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and local attractions. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the facilities were welcoming. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

“In the middle of the Chinese culture”

The hotel is well situated near the Bell Tower. There is a street next to the hotel full of restaurants and shops with local stuff. While the neighbourhood is quite noisy since morning to night, the room is well isolated and spacious. The staff was nice and helpful, they helped us with some Wechat problems. We took breakfast everyday, there was a variety of things between European and Chinese food and they changed some dishes each morning. I definitely recommend it!

It was very great location, clean and good facilities, with helpful staff.

The hotel is close to the bell tower and Muslim quarter. I even walked to the South Gate city wall. The rooms are very spacious and hold enough space for two luggage.

The staff. Warm welcome and helpful when we left a wallet behind in our room on departure. They informed us and kindly arranged for it to be sent on to our next destination. Great level of honesty and helpfulness!

The location is fantastic. The staff were very helpful we left something in our room upon checkout & they went to the trouble of having it sent via courier to our accommodation in Shanghai. They went above & beyond which was very much appreciated.
