Gizimina is a very welcoming and a nice B&B. Breakfast is geniune and home made. The pool is a lovely added bonus for guests to relax. The host Veronica is super sweet and makes you feel very welcoming. I surely recommend it for a visit to Gozo!

“Great B&B stay with a wonderful host!”

The host Veronica was fantastic throughout the stay. She was knowledgeable about all the activities we were looking to do and the best way to see them and always on hand to make bookings on our behalf (particularly useful for restaurants which could get busy). The rooms were a good size and clean and the Aircon helped a lot given the high temperatures in September (30°C all week for us).

Very cosy place in a great location. Everything is there what you need. Veronica was an amazing host. Always helped with any question you had. She was very kind, showed all the spots and places to visit around the whole Gozo, basically planned a few days of our stay at Gozo 😃 Breakfast was simple, but delicious, just what you need in the morning before going to explore Gozo 😎 I, my brother and mom highly recommend you to stay at Veronica’s place if you’re planning to visit Gozo 😌

Veronica exudes such positive energy and her breakfast is really lovely especially the almond nuttela spread which you should try. She has the passion for entertaining her guests plus she is very creative and made some beautiful earrings and bracelets that you can buy only if you want to. The swimming pool was not totally ready when I was there but the view was superb. I had a great sunset (east side) with pink skies from my balcony. Most importantly, the bed was very comfortable and clean!

Our stay was perfect. The house itself is furnished with taste. We found anything we need. The host is incredibly helpful and kind! This place has a soul, we felt like at our relatives home :) And of course, the breakfasts are the best, with local and homemade products! The localization is good for the people who are not afraid of 15-20 minute walk to the (very nice) beach or restaurants. But you will find a food store and a bus stop just two steps from the hotel. Besides there are taxi available. Hiiiighly recommend this place!

Veronica, the host of this B&B is a real gem. She helped us out a looot~ Because I am a celiac she organised extra stuff for breakfast and even baked a cake I could eat wich was delicious. Otherwise she bakes goodies and even the spread is homemade! She knows the neighbourhood well and helped us organise visits to different places because we came without a real plan. Can completely recommend! We enjoyed our time a lot!

Breakfast by the pool, try Veronica handmade apple cakes which are delicious. Location, the property is 6mins driving by the Ramla Bay, the best sandy beach on the island by far. Xagħra is a pretty and authentic small town, besides Victoria is less than 15 mins driving. Room was spacious with comfy beds.

Friendly, laid back place. Lovely breakfast by the pool, with local and/or home-made products.

We had a lovely stay at the B&B with a friendly and charming host. They give us some good advise about what to do in Gozo. Our room was spacious and clean and had a nice balcony. The breakfast is delicious with some homemade jams.

“Gorgeous little place”

Gizimina is a perfect little B&B - the hosts were so lovely, super helpful and welcoming, and the B&B is a great little traditional space. Our room was clean and comfortable and the extra space and balcony that we paid for were well worth it. The pools look very inviting for when it's hot and it's an easy drive or 25-minute ramble down to the sea. Within reach of local restaurants on foot if you don't have a car (or are sampling local wines!); a slightly eerie nighttime stroll through the seemingly-deserted outskirts of Xaghra (at least in October!) We liked that though. The centre of Xaghra is lively and there is lots to do and some excellent restaurants/cafés for all budgets. We had a fantastic time, thank you!
