This is not a hotel by traditional standards. Go elsewhere. They do not possess the customer service skills required to manage the demands and throughput of guests that a traditional hotel deals with. You can tell the staff are more like onsite apartment managers. When we showed up the front desk was vacant and all lights were off. After quite a few minutes of trying to reach someone on the phone a very sleepy and inconvenienced guy appeared. We were staying one night and felt like we were inconveniencing the staff. We requested a late checkin (9pm) and they could accommodate us, which was nice The floors were sticky and slippery at the same time. If they were cleaned it wasn't with clean water or any kind of soap. The doorknob was off of the bathroom door. The shower has so little pressure because it was caked with hard water calcium because it is never cleaned. The walls were stained and dirty. The kitchen was not clean and missing drawers etc, but thankfully we did not have to cook anything in it. This place is not worth the money, and we had to pay more than the price listed on the website, so it stings even more. Sketchy clientele. I agree with the comments about a halfway-house feel. There was actually a guy out front in a wheel chair, smoking who was trying to show us the scars from his recent injury/surgery......wtf. We had driven almost 22 hours by the time we arrived, so we really couldn't look for something else.
